Joe Coletti has worked with government spending for more than a decade in North Carolina, Illinois, Iowa, and other states. He headed the North Carolina Government Efficiency and Reform initiative which restructured government and improved operations. Joe has written for the libertarian Reason Foundation, the progressive Center for American Progress, and other print and online venues. He has degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
